What is it a Mood board? / ¿Qué es un Mood board?

A picture is worth a thousand words, and mood boards are a great tool to create that picture!
A mood board is a type of collage consisting of images, text, and samples of objects in a composition of the choice of the mood board creator.
They may be physical or digital, and can be extremely effective presentation tools. Mood boards (sometimes called inspiration boards) are use in a variety of disciplines: interior design, marketing communication, product design,...They are also used frequently in Fashion to highlight trends and styles. In essence they are a compilation of inspirational elements.

Una imagen vale más que mil palabras y los mood boards (tableros de estado de ánimo) ¡son una herramienta perfecta para crear esa imagen!.

Un mood board es una especie de collage que recoge imágenes, texto y ejemplos de objetos en una composición a elección del creador del tablón.

Pueden ser en formato físico o digital y pueden ser una excelente herramienta de presentación.

Los mood boards (a veces llamados tableros de inspiración) son usados en una variedad de disciplinas: diseño de interiores, comunicación en marketing, diseño de producto,...Son usados frecuentemente en moda para destacar las tendencias y estilos y crear una nueva colección. En esencia, son una recopilación de elementos que inspiran.

Things that can be explored in the mood boards include photography style, color-palettes, typography, patterns, and the overall look and feel of the site. We can create mood boards for example about: a photo shooting, visual presentation of our web/blog, inspiration about seasons or events,...

Yeah! Estamos felices de lanzar nuestro nuevo blog. 

No teníamos suficiente con haber creado dos blogs ¡que ahora vamos a por el tercero!

Two blogs for us is not enough and we go on with this outstanding blog!

Creating our blogs it is quiet interesting because we have read so many tutorials on stunning blogs that help us to be able to achieve great results. Thanks to cretivemindly y Miss Lavanda ;), you are the best!

Estamos enganchadas a la creacion y diseño de blogs, empezamos compartiendo nuestras creaciones en "El patio de Franky" (blog en español), luego hemos podido recopilar nuestra experiencia como voluntarias europeas en "Encuéntranos en Letonia" (en español e inglés) y ahora teníamos que seguir con otro blog para las nuevas ideas.

Este nuevo blog vamos a llenarlo de secciones que nos lleven hacia Augšup (arriba), queremos descubrir, aprender, hacer cosas nuevas que sirvan para llegar a lo más alto!

We are fond of creating and designing blogs, we started sharing our handmade creations in "El patio de Franky" (blog in Spanish), then we have written a bunch of experiences during our European volunteering year in "Encuéntranos en Letonia" (blog in Spanish and English) and now we have to continue with another blog for the new ideas.

On this new blog there will be sections that carry on Augšup (up), we want to discover, learn, try new things that are useful to go to the top!

▲  Día aleatorio ¡Es eso mismo! (That's the stuff!!). Tutorial diseño de blog, vídeos interesantes, lista de 7 curiosidades sobre algo, juegos de inteligencia y más.
